I will create a PDF File that you can take to the company of your choice

 to be printed & picked up at your leisure.

There are 3 different options with either (all Full Color or B/W options).

PAYMENT OF THE DESIRED PROGRAM STYLE MUST BE PAID BEFORE I PROVIDE APPROVE PDF.

• **1-page (Regular) Style Program COST: ………………………………………..$60.00

  • Provided the desired information to be put on the program (To Include no more than two pictures) is turned in (ON TIME), I will type-set & create a PDF File for a 1-page (Regular) Style Program in either Color or Black & White.

  • I can either email the finished/approved PDF File to you or I can email it directly to the print company of your choice. You can then pay for them; have it printed off and pick them up at your leisure.

  • When sending to print you should request 8.5x11 size paper, folded in half to create a 5.5x8. Style Program. This Style Program will consist of (1 piece of paper).

 

• **8-page (Regular) Book Style Program (2 sheets of paper). COST:…………………………$75.00

  • Provided all the desired information to be put on the program is turned in (ON TIME), I will type-set & create a PDF File for an 8-page (Regular) Book Style Program in either Color or Black & White.

  • I can either email the finished/approved PDF File to you or I can email it directly to the print company of your choice. You can then pay for them to have it printed off and you can pick them up at your leisure.

  • When sending to print you should request 8.5x11 size paper, folded in half and stapled in the middle to create a 5.5x8.5 regular book. This book will consist of (2 pieces of paper).

 

• **8-page (Graduated) Book Style Program (2 sheets of paper). COST:………………………… $80.00

  • Provided all the desired information to be put on the program is turned in (ON TIME), I will type-set & create a PDF File for an 8-page (Graduated) Book Style Program in either Color or Black & White.

  • I can either email the finished/approved PDF File to you or I can email it directly to the print company of your choice. You can then pay for them and have it printed off at your leisure.

    • NOTE: Most print companies will not assemble this type of program. In this case, when sending to print you should request them to print on both sides; 2 individual stacks of 8.5x11 size paper, NOT FOLDED and NOT STAPLED. This book will consist of (2 pieces of paper).

    • NOTE: After the programs have been paid for I can either go pick them up or you are more than welcome to bring them to me so that I can assemble them.

 

• **PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING NOTES:

  • NOTE: A SAMPLE of the program will be emailed for the individual to view before going to print.

  • NOTE: For me to provide individuals with an excellent quality program, I will need copies of all the desired pics, ASAP as most of my time is involved with setting the pic on the programs and making whatever adjustments necessary.

  • NOTE: I will not be held responsible for any errors, thtat (Oops) that the individual has not proofed for mistakes. While the initial layout and wording of the program is up to the individual, the decision will be based on the ACTUAL PRESENTATION.

  • NOTE: There will be an additional fee for me to create a program with more than two sheets of paper.

  • NOTE: When sending your files to print, the cost to print them off will depend solely on the # of programs and whether you request black and white or color programs to be printed.
